The graphics system and libraries
When editing a graphical view, you have many options available which allow you to personalise it to your requirements.
The most obvious one might be the facility to 'upload' a graphical layout to form the background for your view.
Another, is to use graphics from the BMS Link library to render the various devices/points as you require.
The system ships with several libraries included, which can be used within your projects.
To view these libraries, please navigate to BMS Link share, \\bmslink\graphics.
In here, you will find folders and images which form the library.
Should you wish to include your own creations, you can do this by adding your folders/files to the 'user' folder.
BMS Link checks (and updates the library) on startup, so to make use of your additions, you'll need to 'restart' the system from the 'super' user account.
Please take note of the info.txt which must be present in each folder you wish to become an 'image set'.
name=<this will be the name of your library>
type=imageSet
width=<the width of your image (pixels)>
height=<the height of your image (pixels)>
#text.x=<not required>
#text.y=<not required>
If you create a new library which you wish to share with other forum members, please upload them here.

To view these libraries, please navigate to BMS Link share, \\bmslink\graphics.
Is this via the forum, bmslink interface or some other way?

Hi Pete,
That's a file share or samba share...
Just open up windows explorer on your PC and type '\\bmslink' into the address bar.
