Interfaces not found

I've installed BMS Link 1.000 from the downloads (after downgrading VMWare Fusion from v7 to v 6.)

I can log in as SUPER.

Questions.

1. how can i delete the existing controller and device meta data that is already present?
2. how do I have my WiFiLink ( LW930) show under interfaces? I thought that BMSLink automatically located these?
3. How do I get the most recent version of BMSLink?
