Interface selection and help

Hi Guy's,

The latest core update changes the way you assign an interface to both publisher and HTTP receiver.

Before, you had to manually enter the correct interface name, now you can select it from a drop down box.

Whilst in the publisher section, now when you select a publisher type, you'll get a short description of the required syntax for device codes with some examples too.
