Works fine for my needs. Sends a signal when it gets dark or light, currently use it to control porch light outside. Can't think of a time when the signal has been lost and light hasn't come on. This is a one way transmission again, no status polling it just tells you when it changes mode.

It is possible to configure what light level you want the triggers to be but I have just left it to the default. You can also add a delay to the device if you wish to, not sure when you'd need this as you can do this in BMSLink instead.

It is water resistant or shower resistant. I's been out side in all kinds of weather and has even been covered in snow. Still continues to work.

As always with Lightwave, not able to connect via Z-Wave MESH and needs 433Mhz.

No real need for inter operation between different tech as BMS Link can provide this.
