razberry interface update

Hi guy's.

I've updated the razberry interface to include a 'high speed' version, which you can select by entering 'razberry-h' as the 'type' in the publisher section.

I made this change to accommodate sensors with require 'realtime' like notifications, i.e. PIR sensors, door/window sensors etc.

I'm currently polling every 2 secs and all is well.

To use this new interface, please check that you are using at least core 1.008.
